Visit the Interpretation Centre

At the Interpretation Centre, you will find a wealth of information about Reccopolis. On this page, you will see a map of the Interpretation Centre that allows you to navigate and visit it virtually by clicking on each of the numbered sections.
At the reception, you will be welcomed by the site guides, who will provide any information you may need about the centre and the archaeological site visit.
Begin your visit by entering the Audiovisual Room, where an accessible video about Reccopolis, the surrounding territory, and its history is shown.
Next, there is a room with information about the Archaeological Park and its territory as a historical space. Crossing back through the reception, you will reach the room containing information about the Visigothic Kingdom of Toledo and Reccopolis.
Continue the visit to the next room, which presents information on the Andalusi period in Reccopolis, and finally, discover how society functioned during the feudal era.
